ingredients:

Preparation

The ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and blend with a hand blender.

  • 3-1/4 cups flour, divided
  • 10 Granny Smith green apples, peeled and sliced ??(about 9 cups)
  • 1-1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon water


Preparation

HEAT oven to 400 º F.

BEAT cream cheese and butter in large bowl with a whisk. Add 3 cups flour gradually, beating on low speed just until blended after each addition little flour. Form 2 balls with the dough. Place 1 ball on a large sheet of waxed paper, lightly floured, flatten slightly. Cover with another sheet of waxed paper floured. Stretch the dough into a rectangle 15-1/2 x10-1/2 Sch.
